We will be announcing the 2020 route on February 4. We love hearing predictions about where the ride is going each year, so post your predictions here and we'll see if anyone can guess the correct route for 2020.
The 2020 Cycle North Carolina Mountains to Coast route will be announced on Feb 11. Registration will open on February 12. The 2020 dates for the tour are October 3-10.
We will offer week-long parking locations in Sparta and Durham this year. We no longer offer a transportation option before the ride from the beach, but the week-long parking and bus transportation location in Durham is very convenient to several interstate highways and the RDU airport. The Durham parking location will be more accessible to the majority of our participants than a beach parking location. The Durham parking location also provides participants with two shorter bus trips instead of the long bus ride across the entire state. We will have a parking area at the beach for participants that would like to drop off a vehicle for the week, but we will not have a bus option before the ride from the beach.
