Anyone else simultaneously training for Ironman? Im struggling to get in repeat climbing bike rides because of my run training. How are you organizing training weeks so you can be ready?
Also, Im planning to do IMFL just a few weeks later. Any suggestions for recovering from this event? I usually taper two weeks before an IM, but this would mean a week of recovery from the ride, a week of training, and two weeks of tapering. That sounds like a lot of downtime before race day in November.
